Terms of Service

1. Service scope
Cortexa provides document ingestion, retrieval-augmented generation, marketing workflow tooling, billing, and related workspace services for business users. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content you upload or publish through the service.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You must keep your account credentials secure and may not use the service to violate law, infringe third party rights, abuse connectors, upload malicious content, or attempt unauthorized access to other workspaces.
3. AI outputs and customer review
Outputs may contain errors and must be reviewed before use in production, marketing, or regulated workflows. You remain responsible for decisions taken based on generated content or retrieved material.
4. Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the subscription terms shown at checkout. Subscription management, upgrades, and cancellations are handled through Stripe. If payment fails or a subscription ends, access to paid features may be limited or removed.
5. Privacy and data handling
Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Notice. Our cookie and similar technology disclosures are described in the Cookie Notice.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts that create security risk, violate these terms, or are required to be restricted by law. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the product.
